Do I need to have a site or blog before signing up if I just want to do PPC initially? If so, how old does it need to be before I sign up? What do I expect once I've signed up? A step-by-step series that goes through prep work, signing up for affiliate networks, choosing niche/products, building the landing site, setting up the AdWords campaign, tracking stats... I think that kind of thing could be hugely popular (and probably get a decent number of people to sign up for the various services through your affiliate link as well).
