Sometimes it is very wise to pullback, as TheAnand said always buy a site which one can managed, I would add that sometimes it is good to stretch yourself, go out of the comfort zone.

This is something I had said in my comment in the other post. Always buy a site which you can manage or maintain, I saw your comment there, looks like you were already into trouble when you read it. So if you want to buy a site, make sure you can run it. Its a pain to see something like NetBusinessBlog
